Though previous rumors had us cheering for Liev
Schreiber as Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight, the latest
report has the actor off the list. Three new names have appeared online
for the part of Two Face and at least one should surprise you.
Who to Play Harvey Dent?
The good people over at BOF have recently posted
a report on the 'Dent scuttlebutt' that they've been hearing. When it comes
to Dent, there is currently only one question -- Who will play the part?
Schreiber, Gyllenhaal? No? The new list of names doesn't include either
actor (though old rumors did).
The new rumor includes: Eion Bailey, Edward Norton, and Jamie Foxx.
BOF claims that each name has been mentioned on multiple occasions.
Norton... maybe. Jamie Foxx... no way. Bailey... perfect!
Eion Bailey made his first impression on me with
HBO's Band of Brothers. The guy has got the look and it would be
cool to see another fresh actor come into the franchise.
Are we giving up on Schreiber? Heck no, but he is off the list, so for now
our support has shifted to Bailey.
