The Lizard
Though the villains have all been selected for Spider-Man 3,
there are fans already asking what's next for Spider-Man 4.
Hell, there are even cast asking what's next.
Dylan Baker Talks The Lizard
Of the many characters and villains set up in Spider-Man 2, Dr. Conners had more than a few defining moments. Sam Raimi also took the time to make sure audiences noticed the character's missing arm; a handicap that helps Conners evolve into The Lizard.
Dylan Baker, the actor who portrays Conners in the Spider-Man films, recently sat down with iFMagazine, reposted at SHH, to discuss some 'possibilities' for Spider-Man 4.
Baker says that not only is he in this latest Spidey sequel, but his wife is playing Mrs. Stacy (Gwen’s mom and the Captain’s wife) which is an interesting departure from any version of the Stacy family in comics where mom is curiously absent.
“I am in SPIDER-MAN 3, and my wife Becky Ann Baker is also in the movie, she plays James Cromwell’s wife and Bryce Dallas Howard’s mother,” says the actor. “Dr. Conners’ wife has not made an appearance yet, at least not that I know of.”
Fans will not be seeing the Lizard, Dr. Conners scaly alter ego in this film, but look for “more” from the good doctor in the next movie.
Dylan Baker goes on to discuss his character's relationship with Peter Parker in the third Spider-Man installment. Check out the entire interview at iFMagazine.
Spider-Man 3 opens to theatres on May 4th, 2007.
