Spider-Man 3
I guess when you got a good thing going you try to ride it as long as possible. I imagine that the executives at Columbia Pictures who finished watching Spider-Man 3 felt like a strip club owner who had Gisele working for him. i.e. you might want to bring her back on stage for as many nights as possible.
Columbia Watns Another Spider-Man
The Columbia suits have already begun negotiating with David Koepp to write the fourth installment of the Spider-Man saga. Koepp looks like he knows what he’s doing in his profession. Not only did he write the first Spiderman, he just wrote a draft of the fourth Indiana Jones installment that was good enough to get some guys named Spielberg, Lucas and Ford to agree to do it.
Each character you click on will give you a quick new production photo of the character and, as far as I can tell, that's about it. But then you got your standard options, which include a plethora of downloads from wallpapers to 'widgets'.
For the film to get done though, Tobey Maguire, Kirstin Dunst and James Franco would have to ink new deals as well as the director of all three films, Sam Raimi. It’s something that Columbia might be interested in since the first two installments have grossed over $1 billion (yes, that’s “million” with a ‘b’) wordlwide.
Spider-Man 3 opens to theatres on May 4th, 2007. The fourth movie wouldn’t come out until 2009 or 2010.
