Here it is folks, what can possibly be the last poster to get released for Smokin'
Aces. I know we now have some umteen of them, but each one was too cool to pass up. With the release date almost upon us, we have to wonder if this will be our last.
Movie Poster: Smokin' Aces
A lot like the last poster -- but not as good -- this puppy catches your attention with its baby blue. The green shadow effect is a bit overkill however, probably another reason why Universal didn't go with it. They were kind enough to allow Carnahan to post it on his official blog though:

This one just didn't do it. It came close. It certainly has some attitude, but
it couldn't crack the code. It's a great poster, but not one that, with it's baby
blue backing, you would want to stake a big bet on. Again, I foist these up
solely for your enjoyment and for you to see exactly how hard marketing
folks work. Univeral has my endearing, eternal gratitude.
Smokin' Aces opens this Friday, January 26th.
