United Artists first film, Lions for Lambs, (since its relaunch) continues to make some ground with the addition of Derek Luke.

Luke will join a cast that includes Tom Cruise, Meryl Streep, Robert Redford and Michael Pena. Robert Redford will direct.
Luke plays one of two soldiers who find themselves cut off from their platoon in unfriendly territory in Afghanistan. They become the catalyst for several intersecting storylines.
Matthew Michael Carnahan wrote the script.
Since being discovered in a gift shop on the Sony lot, Luke has starred in films such as Antwone Fisher and Catch a Fire. The actor's next project, Definitely, Maybe, just wrapped.
Lions for Lambs will enter production later this month.
