Tom Hanks Comedy Favorites Collection
Univesal has repackaged some of their catalog releases with these two stars, offering three "before they were megafamous" movies from each. Steve Martin has Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid, The Jerk and The Lonely Guy and Tom Hanks has The Money Pit, The 'Burbs and Dragnet.

Tom Hanks – What's particularly gratifying about this collection is now that he's all hifalutin Oscar winner, they've collected some truly mediocre work. Each have enough fun moments to warrant keeping on your shelf, and it's a great reminder of a time when Hanks really was just trying to be funny.
Steve Martin – These are actually really great comedies. Dead Men may not totally work but it's a great effort, and The Jerk is a classic. Even The Lonely Guy is a perspective on dating that still holds true, and Martin's blend of the physical and the bizarre humors was in its prime.
