While dipping his genitalia in parafin wax in preparation of showing his jewels to the public in Equus, Daniel Radcliffe has decided that playing Potter a couple more time isn't necessarily a bad idea.
When Emma Watson said she 'might' not do the last two films Radcliffe joined in on the threat. Two Potter films without the original Potter or Hermione? Absurd!
Fortunately, Potter, I mean Radcliffe, is now on board.
Praise Jesus!
Radcliffe Returns to Final Potter Films
I don't know what negotiating skill it took from Warner Bros, but the website DanRadcliffe has confirmed that Potter will return to being Potter for both Half-Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows.
I am pleased to inform you that it has been confirmed for us by Dan's Publicist that Dan has, in fact, signed on for the last two Harry Potter films. Dan will begin filming in September on Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. He has also signed on to return and reprise his role as Harry in the very last film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. This will "mark a place" in history for Dan and fulfill his wishes as he stated more than three years ago that he would like to portray "Harry" in all of the films.
Now all we need is Emma Watson to jump on board and things will be back in order again. I swear to wizard, if this young actress gives me any more grief I am going to have to hit her with a little of my own "Avada Kedavra". Well, maybe just a little "Imperio" for kicks.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix opens to theatres on July 13th.
