Well, I was not really surprised that Brandon was
the first to go. He has a nice voice and seems like a great guy, but Tuesday
night’s performance was just not good.

I was a little surprised Phil was in the bottom
three. He is a good singer. I think people are struggling with his ‘look’.
After all the hype about the hoards of ‘Fanjayas’ out there,
it didn’t seem Sanjaya would be in the bottom three. Miracles do happen.
But we still have to make it through another week with him. Maybe it would
be Michael Jackson week – just kidding.
The shock of the evening was Miss Diana Ross herself.
It was painful every time she sang (screamed) the chorus of ‘I Love
You More Today than Yesterday’. What happened to her voice? She is
going on tour? At 63, it’s time to hang up the platforms. Let’s
remember her the way she was.
