Avi Arad, Tobey Maguire and James Franco showed up in Tokyo to meet and answer questions from the press for Spider-Man 3.

I don't know if it's just me, but Franco looks absolutely warn out. Don't know if it's the time change or the night life, but he looks ready to yawn during every answer he gives. Well, at least he showed after getting sick last time.
Franco, Maguire and Arad answer quite a few specific questions from the Japanese press for Spider-Man 3 with a major theme being, "what's different with this third installment?"
