Disney/Pixar must love the success they are having with the countdown clock they created for Pirates 3, as the studio now has a similar countdown available for the upcoming trailer of Ratatouille. The clock doesn't come alone, however, as we have also received the first still for the film and an updated synopsis.

Despite the apparent dangers of being an unwanted visitor in the kitchen at one of Paris’ most exclusive restaurants, Remy forms an unlikely partnership with Linguini, the garbage boy, who inadvertently discovers Remy’s amazing talents. They strike a deal, ultimately setting into motion a hilarious and exciting chain of extraordinary events that turns the culinary world of Paris upside down.
Remy finds himself torn between following his dreams or returning forever to his previous existence as a rat. He learns the truth about friendship, family and having no choice but to be who he really is, a rat who wants to be a chef. On Friday, March 23rd at 9:05PM PDT, the Ratatouille trailer will debut online only on Disney.com, following the trailer’s broadcast debut on “Cory in the House” on The Disney Channel. In anticipation of the trailer debut, you can now grab a “Ratatouille Viral Player” from the official site, featuring a countdown clock and coding that allows fans and webmasters to add the Player to their own website, social networking profile, or blog. Plus, the player will supply fans with additional video content leading up to the film’s premiere.
