Mere days after receiving the first poster for 28 Weeks Later, Fox Atomic has now released the film's first trailer. What can we say, this infection spreads quickly.
28 Weeks Later Trailer
I don't know if it is just my computer at the moment, but I can only get the high-definition trailers to work on Quicktime. Not that this is a bad thing, considering that the film does look pretty glorious in HD.
After Jeremy Renner kicks off the trailer with, "Welcome to London", we learn that the city has become its very own Children of Men, with no infants or babies in sight. We get to meet the youngest person in town along with Rose Byrne's character; who, like Rose Bryne, looks super attractive.
28 Weeks Later is obviously a sequel with a mucho bigger budget. Don't believe? Well, take a look at the improved cinematography, improved special effects and expanded cast. If it wasn't for the continuation of the story, this film wouldn't even be called a sequel.
By the way, Jeremy Renner looks like he truly belongs behind a gun.
