With filming set to begin this week, 20th Century Fox has picked up five new cast members to join Timothy Olyphant on the set of The Hitman.
The Hitman? I like Hitmanso much better.
Dougray Scott for The Hitman
Remember captain evil in M:i:II? Well, that guy was played by the dashing Dougray Scott, who will become the antagonist in The Hitman.
God I hate that title.
Filming of the thriller is set to begin this week in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia and, before today, we only had Timothy Olyphant on the call sheet. Filling the void, Fox has also picked up Olga Kurylenko, Robert Knepper (Prison Break), Ulrich Thomsen and Michael Offei (Casino Royale).
Olyphant will play Agent 47, a hitman who ends up being chased himself by Interpol and the Russian military.
Besides Sofia, The Hitman will also film in South Africa, Istanbul, St. Petersburg and London.
Luc Besson will produce with Xavier Gens sitting in the director's chair.
