Columbia Pictures sure does come up with some interesting video blogs for Spider-Man 3. Now that we have met Grant Curtis, Illustrator E.J. Krisor, propmaster Doug Harlocker, and a bunch of people that have little relation to the film, we are now introduced to assistant location manager, Rachel Watkins.
Spider-Man 3 Video Blog: On Location
Where can you find Grey Stone Manor? How about the heart of Beverly Hills! Wow, Columbia didn't have too look far, did they? Since the house has a high-class, New York feel to it -- whatever that means -- it has been used since the first Spider-Man installment as the home of the Osborne's.
Location Manager Rachel Watkins takes us on a brief tour through the house that ends with the kitchen. What cool thing happens in the kitchen? Nothing, what the hell did you think would happen?
Maybe for the next video blog we can meet the cook on set or, if we are lucky, the local plumber.
All kidding aside, I do have to admit that I still dig what Columbia Pictures is trying to do.
