Liv Tyler
Every hero needs at least one romantic interest. Though the first Hulk batted his eyes at Jennifer Connelly, The Incredible Hulk will find a spoon buddy in Liv Tyler.
Not a bad trade, considering.
Liv Tyler for The Incredible Hulk
Liv Tyler has been picked up by Marvel Studios to star opposite Ed Norton in The Incredible Hulk. Actress will play Betty Ross, the longtime love interest of Dr. Bruce Banner, aka the Hulk.
Ross, a classic Hulk character from the comic book's beginning in 1962, is Banner's fellow scientist and an ally in his quest to rid him of his lurking monster deep inside. The movie will unfold with Ross estranged from Banner (Norton), but with the pursuit of the Hulk heating up and Banner on the run trying to cure his condition, Ross finds herself swept back into his life
Marvel Studios will have help on distribution from Universal Pictures.
Tyler, who is now well known for her role as Arwen in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, has a couple films coming our way including Smother and The Strangers.
Produced by Jim Van Wyck, David Maisel, Avi Arad and Stan Lee, The Incredible Hulk will enter production this summer in Toronto.
