20th Century Fox will attempt to follow the golden rule, "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas", with a new romantic comedy starring Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher.

Director Julian Farino (Entourage) is looking to helm What Happens in Vegas from a script by Dana Fox. Comedy represents the first time Diaz and Kutcher have paired.
Set in Sin City, What Happens in Vegas revolves around two people who discover they've gotten married following a night of debauchery, with one of them winning a huge jackpot after playing the other's quarter. Unhappy pair try to undermine each other and get their hands on the money -- falling in love along the way.
Though the film is coming together quickly, it could fall apart faster than a 7-roll on craps. Deals have yet to be signed for Diaz, Kutcher, Fox and Farino.
You can see, or at least hear, Cameron Diaz in theaters this weekend with the theatrical release of Shrek the Third.
