From what I can tell, the Japanese version of Ratatouille is titled Remy, or so suggests the new JP trailer for the film.
Japanese Trailer: Ratatouille
The Japanese trailer for Ratatouille shows tons of great new scenes that show off exactly how far CG-animation has come -- thanks in large part to Pixar.
The fog, the shadows, the characters, and especially the liquids -- they all look great!
It looks like Disney holds fewer reservations for the Japanese trailer than they did the domestic. The preview acts more like an extended two-minute clip than it does any trailer. What does it show? We get an introduction to see how Remy and Linguini kick off their relationship.
The overall energy also suggests that the film is more grand, which one can't help but appreciate.

Ratatouille opens to theatres on June 29th.
