Transformers Transformers
It looks like DreamWorks/Paramount is having a bit of fun torturing us -- playfully of course. After delivering an amazing trailer for Transformers on the internet, they could not help releasing a completely different trailer with Shrek the Third. Though one could only hope, it looks like we will have to make our way to theaters this weekend to see it.

Transformers Theater-Only Trailer

The good people at FirstShowing have a trailer description of the Transformers trailer that will be appearing in theaters this weekend.

» It was a lot more flashy, with more quick shots of all kinds of Transformers. It cut a lot of the longer scenes in the other trailer and was much more flashy and quick.

» There was an awesome scene where Optimus Prime was driving in truck from and I guess got T-boned from the side and then the truck starts rolling on its side and coming towards the camera then you see it start to transform in mid-air as it flies into the camera.

Sounds cool, but does that make it worth seeing Shrek the Third if you weren't planning on it? Maybe.

Transformers opens to theatres on July 4th.

Stay tuned for updates.
