Since we have been covering Stardust extensively since its first rave (and early) reviews we were alerted to a visual guide that will warm moviegoers up to the film this July.
Stardust Visual Companion
Neil Gaiman’s critically acclaimed adult fairy tale makes the leap from novel to screen in the spectacular, star-studded new movie, Stardust. This ambitious fantasy adventure follows the perilous journey of Tristan Thorne, a young man who vows to retrieve a fallen star that lurks deep within an enchanting yet dangerous realm.
Containing the full magical screenplay, Stardust: The Visual Companion [Titan Books, 28 September 2007, £19.99] is a stunning volume that follows the storyline of the movie, with fascinating commentary and interviews with the stellar cast and the crew. There are also plenty of other exclusive features including enchanting colour photos, and beautiful, fully painted production art, plus an exclusive introduction by Neil Gaiman.
The companion is released this July in the US (£24.95) and Canada ($32.00), followed by a September release in the UK.

Stardust will be released by Paramount Pictures on August 10th 2007 in the US and October 19th 2007 in the UK with an all-star cast including Claire Danes, Charlie Cox, Sienna Miller, Ricky Gervais, Jason Flemyng, Rupert Everett, Peter O’Toole, with Michelle Pfeiffer and Robert De Niro!
