Underdog
I'll admit it, I'm in shock. Even after watching the teaser trailer for Underdog I assumed this project would just be too difficult to pull off. A superdog that can interact with people, destroy objects and fight crime all in live-action? Sounded way too complicated to be taken seriously.
So now we have the feature trailer for the film and not only does it come action-packed, but this shit looks legit... in most cases. Bravo to Disney.
Movie Trailer: Underdog
After an accident in the mysterious lab of maniacal scientist Dr. Simon Barsinister (Peter Dinklage), an ordinary beagle unexpectedly finds himself with unimaginable powers and the ability to speak. Armed with a fetching superhero costume, Underdog (voiced by comedian Jason Lee) vows to protect the beleaguered citizens of Capitol City and, in particular, one beautiful spaniel named Polly Purebread (voiced by Academy AwardŽ nominee Amy Adams). When a sinister plot by Barsinister and his overgrown henchman Cad (Patrick Warburton) threatens to destroy Capitol City only Underdog can save the day.
