Disney/Pixar has released a new podcast for Ratatouille
titled "Parlez-Vous Français".

In “Parlez-Vous Français,”
the filmmakers invite you to join them on their sightseeing, food eating,
location scouting trip to Paris. Watch as they bring the animated Paris
to life!
The number one rule explained in the latest podcast for Ratatouille
is that whatever setting being covered must be seen with the production
crew's own two eyes. Fortunately for them, Ratatouille
takes place in Paris, allowing the producers and animators to take what
looks to be an expense-paid vacation.
And, with every full-budget vacation, the crew was treated to a variety
of expensive restaurants. All in the sake of creating an accurate animated
movie.
