Though I am not exactly sure what it means to describe a film as a 'grandma gang comedy', Lindsay Lohan, Rosario Dawson and Channing Tatum have been cast to star in one that is just that.
Lohan, Dawson, Tatum for Poor Things
Lohan, Dawson and Tatum have been cast to star in the Ash Baron Cohen-directed Poor Things.
Written by Trent Haaga, Poor Things was inspired by real news events and crime scandals surrounding recent arrests and convictions of elderly women for exploits that have included scams and cons involving drug sales, insurance fraud and murder.
Lohan can relate to the idea of crime considering photos exist of the actress snorting cocaine and only this last Saturday did she get arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. Come on, you have money, call yourself a damn limo.
Lohan can be seen in theaters with Georgia Rule, a film that got the young actress publicly reprimanded from Morgan Creek Films CEA James G. Robinson.
Last we saw of Dawson was in the Rodriguez/Tarantino project Grindhouse. She will return in front of the greenscreen for Sin City 2.
Tatum was last seen in Step Up and will next star in Dear John.
