Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

For all of you who thought maybe, just maybe, Fox would get it right with Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, we have been delivered a little bit of bad news. How bad? Well, it seems that the film is being targeted at small children... which is always good, right?

PG for Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer?

I can't believe it. I have to admit that my hopes went up (a little) for Rise of the Silver Surfer, but 'Bradley' recently reported in claiming that a TV spot for the film aired during "Creature Comforts" -- whatever the hell that is -- announced that the film would be, wait for it, PG.

That's right folks, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer has a lower rating than Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

I shot over to the film's official site and it still claims that no rating has been given.

The odds? 'Bradley' has sent tons of great reports before, so I will say 80-20 that the film is in fact rated PG.

(remember, this has yet to be confirmed by Fox)

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer opens to theaters on June 15th.
