Hairspray
Movies that also serve as musicals are always risky. One such musical coming our way is New Line's Hairspray, based on the award-winning Broadway production. Though the film features an excellent cast including John Travolta, Queen Latifah, Michelle Pfeiffer, Christopher Walken, Amanda Bynes, Allison Janney, Brittany Snow, Zac Efron and quite a few other names, that is never a guarantee.
To give us a real taste of the movie -- as well as the music -- New Line has released a 'music video' for the film that features Zac Efron's "Ladies Choice".
Music Video: Hairspray
Hairspray looks like an uber-colorful version of Chicago, but without all the murder business. The cast looks great, got to love James Marsden's shit-eating smile, and my crush on Amanda Bynes has gone up a bit with the bubbly blonde hair.
