William Hurt
Marvel is hoping that The Incredible Hulk will become one of the stronger comic book movie casts with the addition of William Hurt. He alone wouldn't be amazingly impressive, but Hurt will join up with Edward Norton, Liv Tyler and Tim Roth.
Helluva start!
William Hurt for The Incredible Hulk
Hurt will play Gen. Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross, the man who has dedicated his life to capturing the Hulk -- and who also is the father of Banner's love interest, Betty Ross.
If I was Bruce Banner, I'd bounce out on Ross faster than audiences bounced out on Lucky You. But that's just me.
Zak Penn wrote the script for what is shaping up to be the second big-budget attempt at bringing a live-action Hulk to the bigscreen.
