The cast of Valkyrie continues to grow with the addition of Tom Wilkinson, Bill Nighy, Carice Van Houten and Eddie Izzard.

Wilkinson, Nighy, Houten and Izzard will join Tom Cruise and Kenneth Branagh on the set of Valkyrie.
Based on a script by Christopher McQuarrie and Nathan Alexander, Valkyrie tells the story of a German general (Branagh) who mentors Cruise's character and hatches a plan to assassinate Hitler. The film is based on a true story.
Valkyrie marks the second project to which UA has committed. The project will begin lensing July 19th in Berlin.
The film represents one of many that Tom Wilkinson has in development; add in a couple TV projects as well. The actor played an impressive Carmine Falcone in Batman Begins.
