Though the Alien(s) franchise ended at the second installment for me, it is nice to see the studios getting creative. AVP didn't really do anything for me, but that's not stopping an AVP 2 and what looks like a new creature altogether.
The Predalien
'Cesar' has alerted us that 3D Custom Foam has posted some models of what looks to be an Alien/Predator hybrid for AVP 2, which I guess we should call a 'Predalien' or, if we want to shorten it up more, a 'Predien'. Whatever it is, one has to wonder how such a creature came about. Are you telling me that an alien let an enemy predator mount it? Sounds surreal.

Update: 'Randy' points out that the Predalien came about when the alien burst out of a predator's chest at the end of AVP. Since the aliens pick up characteristics from their host (see Alien 3), this alien is like the ET version of daywalker.
