Zak Penn, the writer-director who has brought us X2, X3, Elektra, Behind Enemy Lines, Inspector Gadget and Last Action Hero, has left Endeavor to join up with new agency, CAA.
Though this move would not normally be too exciting, Penn will also now be writing a remake of The Dirty Dozen.

Warner Bros. and producer Joel Silver have picked up Zack Penn to pen an updated The Dirty Dozen.
Penn's production company, Reol Inc., has a first look deal at 20th Century Fox.
