Having recently turned 65, that does not mean that Harrison Ford isn't ready for the physical rigors expected to come from filming Indiana Jones IV. The Associated Press recently caught up with cast and crew and discovered that not only is Ford still in great shape, but he's doing most his own stunts.
Indiana Jones IV Still Fit at 65
"I have to say, he looks amazing," said Kathleen Kennedy, the film's co-executive producer, along with George Lucas. "He looks fantastic in the outfit."
By the looks of things, the classic Indy outfit is still the same size and, to Ford's relief, he still fits in everything including the hat. Harrison Ford first donned the outfit back in 1981 (when he was 39) for Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Besides looking amazing, Ford is still fit enough to take part in his own action sequences.
"He's doing them, he just has a few more ice packs and a few more massages," Kennedy said.
"And a lot of Celebrex," producer Frank Marshall added.
