Shooter
Shooter was a fun action movie with some marksman tech talk and government procedure. The DVD will give you a little bit more of that in its collection of deleted scenes.
DVD Review: Shooter
There's a fun shopping spree in the sporting goods store that's way longer than the one in the film, including a flirtatious segment with the clerk. There are also plenty of shorter scenes or extensions with the FBI pursuit and Wahlberg's character analyzing guns.
There are also more political speeches for those interested in the film's point of view. They were rightfully omitted to keep up the pacing but they're interesting. And a lot more bonding between Wahlberg and Michael Pena.
Curiously absent is the alternate ending mentioned by Antoine Fuqua during the film's theatrical press rounds. Guess they figured it wasn't cool enough to show on the DVD.
