It turns out that either Aaron Eckhart is allergic to makeup or the character Two Face will have a mug beyond what is possible with simple foundation. As reported by Filmick, the character's appearance in The Dark Knight will be touched upon digitally.
It is being reported that Framestore CFC will create Two Face's mug for The Dark Knight. Why makeup? Well, the only real reasoning (besides my own 'allergy theory') is that the scars and wounds on Two Face will be too difficult to create with makeup alone. There is sure to be some makeup, but expect a lot of digital foundation.
Though digitally covering a person's face realistically is a tough job to pull, Framestore CFC seems up to the challenge. These are the same people whose digital brilliance made Children of Men one of the most realistic films I had ever seen; I am still convinced some people actually died in this movie.
