Michelle Monaghan is taking off! Once a cameo role as geeked out lesbian tech in Mr and Mrs Smith, the actress has gone on to even bigger films including Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang. Currently working with Patrick Dempsey -- you know, Grey's Anatomy's very own Mc. er, Something -- on Made of Honor, she has already lined up another gig with Eagle Eye.

Michelle Monaghan has definitely gone up on my "Actresses I'd love to..." list and if she keeps going on at this rate she will join many other lists as well; but probably not as perverted as my own.
DreamWorks has picked Monaghan up for Eagle Eye, a thriller starring Shia LaBeouf.
Monaghan will play a single mother who forms an unlikely alliance with LaBeouf as they are framed as terrorists and are forced to join a cell plotting a political assassination.
D.J. Caruso will direct off a script most recently edited by Hillary Seitz.
roduction on Eagle Eye is scheduled to begin this fall.
