Advice columnist Dan Burns is an expert on relationships, but somehow struggles to succeed as a brother, a son and a single parent in this heartfelt comedy from director Peter Hedges (Pieces Of April).
I don't know who hired the narrator for the film's trailer, but my God he sucks! Once you get passed that, the trailer is still weighted down by a melodramatic flow.
There are some funny moments, sure, but Disney is going to have to deliver a better-cut trailer to convince us that this film can draw a crowd.
