I guess when you successfully create a rock hard 16-pack you have earned the right to be called 'the man.' That is, if you're into that. I attempted to build similar abs over the summer, but (sadly) realized that those things must come installed. That's right, I said it!
LL Cool J a man? Well, yes, technically, yes. The actor has been playing The Man for CBS, and might find himself in for another season.
Midseason Pickup of The Man
It looks like CBS is willing to let LL Cool J slide on Deep Blue Sea by (possibly) giving his series, The Man, a midseason pickup. The production order will likely be for another six episodes.
The Man revolves around an LAPD cop (Cool J). If the pickup becomes official, it's expected the pilot will be reworked and reshot.
Seeing some familiarity, CSI:NY exec producers Pam Veasey and Peter Lenkov might board the project.
