Isaacs (pictured right) is known for tons of roles but has recently become popular amongst the younger audiences as the villainous Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies.
For Stopping Power, Cusack plays a man who races to rescue his kidnapped daughter. Isaacs will play Cusack's nemesis, and George will portray Cusack's girlfriend.
Melissa George, who was last seen in Turistas and Derailed, will next be seen opposite Josh Hartnett in 30 Days of Night, which opens October 19th. You can also see her on the tube in HBO's In Treatment.
Isaacs just wrapped season two of the Showtime drama Brotherhood. Besides more Potter films, Isaacs will appear on screen for the Vicente Amorim-helmed Good, where he will co-star with Viggo Mortensen.
Production on Stopping Power is scheduled to begin next month in Berlin.
