Sure, I can't claim to own any Scary Movie DVDs, but will watch them, Epic Movie, Airplane, Hot Shots or any other spoof when they present themselves on cable.
With so many comicbook adaptations hitting the screens the past few years, it was only a matter of time before we had a film spoofing those too.
Heroes Join Superhero
Dimension Films has completed casting for their upcoming spoof comedy Superhero, which is currently set to hit theaters on March 28th.
Written and directed by Craig Mazin -- one of the minds behind Scary Movie 3 and 4 -- Superhero will poke fun at, you guessed it, superheroes and their films.
Cast includes Drake Bell (pictured right), Sara Paxton, Christopher McDonald, Leslie Nielsen, Kevin Hart, Marion Ross, Ryan Hansen, Jeffrey Tambor and Brent Spiner.
Mazin will have help from David Zucker and Robert K. Weiss, who are set to produce. The trio have collaborated together on Scary Movie 3, Scary Movie 4 and The Naked Gun franchise.
