The Bourne Ultimatum
With The Bourne Ultimatum converting all the leftover spy fans to the franchise, one has to wonder what Matt Damon's thoughts were on having even more installments. While the actor is not feeling any involvement in another spy franchise, Bond, he is game for more Bourne. Just as long as the talent stays where it is.
Damon Game for More Bourne
AFP caught up with Damon and learned that the actor definitely has Bourne on the brain, as long as he can get a break in.
"Personally, the character means a lot to me because the character has done so much for my career. You know, it put me in the position where I have a lot more choices of kind of movies I want to make," he said in Tokyo.
One of Damon's conditions would be to keep Paul "Shaky Camera" Greengrass onboard.
"If Paul Greengrass, maybe years down the road, was interested in doing another one, then I would do it, too," he said. "I don't think either of us completely put the character to bed yet."
When it comes to Damon's involvement in Bond, the actor admits that his abs wouldn't stand up on film.
"He keeps himself in very good shape. I would like to avoid any confrontation with Daniel Craig if I can."
