The cast for Eagle Eye continues to slowly accumulate with the addition of Billy Bob Thornton.

Moviehole reports that Billy Bob Thornton will join Shia LaBeouf, Michelle Monaghan and Rosario Dawson in Eagle Eye, a thriller directed by D.J. Caruso.
Clint has read the script and claims that no matter how small the role, it should still give Thornton a chance to shine. Considering that School for Scoundrels and Mr Woodcock were both kind of lame, Thornton is due a hit -- and no better choice but to leave the silly comedy genre for a while.
Based on an idea by Steven Spielberg, the pic tells of a young slacker (LaBeouf) and a single mama (Michelle Monaghan) who get tangled up in a terrorist cell plotting a political assassination. There’s a couple of agent characters (one of them played by Rosario Dawson) in the flick; assumingly BBT will play one of them.
