While the teaser trailer introduces us to the chipmunks first, the feature trailer spends a bit more time on Jason Lee's Dave. Down on his luck -- the guy's songs apparently suck -- he comes home to discover he has a rodent problem; a talking rodent problem. I love Jason Lee and the roles he plays and have to give some kudos to Fox for thinking of him for the part of Dave.
They make some singing introductions, compromise an agreement, and before you know it Dave has three permanent house guests. I can't believe I'm saying this, but the trailer did having me laughing out loud a couple times.
