Sex and the City
I'm finally starting to understand Sex and the City. While working I sometimes catch the midnight showing of the series by accident. Though I could never see myself getting into it, it always reminded me of something that I did enjoy. Now, after watching the first trailer for the film I have discovered what it was.
Sex and the City is like the Entourage for middle-aged women. No wonder!
Sex and the City Trailer
Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon are reprising their roles from the original HBO series. The show’s longtime executive producer, Michael Patrick King, is set to write and direct. Additionally, Chris Noth, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler and Jason Lewis will return as the women’s love interests. Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Hudson (Dreamgirls) has also joined the cast of the film and will play Carrie Bradshaw’s assistant, a new character to be introduced in the film.
I don't know exactly what we're supposed to expect from a film based on an R-rated series, but there better be some nudity.
